A-EQUIP
You may have heard of the Professional Nurse Advocate (PNA) or Professional Midwifery Advocate (PMA) role within your workplace. They use the A-EQUIP model of supervision. This model is adapted from Proctor and is made up of 4 distinct functions. Click on each of these functions to find out more.

Resilience-based Clinical Supervision (RBCS)
RBCS is a framework for supervision sessions. The predominant outcome of RBCS has been the restorative function.
You can also use reflective models to structure clinical supervision session, for example John’s model. Watch the video to find out more.
