CS1.6 – Evaluation & feedback
Evaluation and receiving feedback are really important for anything you are doing. Not only does can it measure the impact of what you are doing, but by reflecting on these you may improve your facilitation skills and anything you implement.
You may want to practice with a trusted colleague before you facilitate clinical supervision yourself. Receive feedback on what went well and what could be improved and you can utilise this in the future. Both qualitative and quantitative methods can be utilised for this.
You may want to consider Quality Improvement.
