Programme

This programme is aimed at nurses and midwives working post-preceptorship in patient-facing roles across all four nations and all sectors. We hope to enable participants to develop their individual and collective leadership identity, creating a close network and sense of belonging. The Florence Nightingale Foundation (FNF) is an anti-racist organisation. It firmly believes in the inherent worth and dignity of every individual and is committed to opposing all forms of racism and discrimination.
