Learning Outcomes

To explore, develop and utilise co-consulting skills by:

  • Identify key challenges and opportunities in adapting a coaching approach to tackle barriers in the implementation of the quality improvement projects.
  • Evaluate your personal, professional, and political influence by exploring examples of how you have developed and implemented your quality improvement project.
  • Explore what tangible outcomes have and will be embedded because of your Quality Improvement project.
  • Create an action plan for progressing with your quality improvement project in preparation to submit on the TBC.
