The Florence Nightingale Foundation along with Nuffield Health are pleased to offer a bespoke leadership development programme for Registered Nurses and Midwives working at band 7 or above at Nuffield Health. 

This opportunity supports them to explore and enhance their personal leadership attributes empowering them to innovate and lead change. Each nurse will lead a sustainability change project focused on maximising impact contributing to the ripple effect.  

The programme offers a supportive learning space to develop leadership identity, capacity, and capability to influence organisational and patient outcomes at a local, systems, national and international level. Using principles of sustainable clinical practice delegates will develop projects aligned with Prevention, Patient Self-Care, Lean Service Delivery and Low Carbon Alternatives. The outcome of the programme will be a project proposal which will be presented at the celebration event.
