Welcome to the first module in Internationally Recruited Nurses Online. In this module you will be taking the Myers Briggs Personality assessment. The video below will explain the test and on the next page, Lucy Brown, The Deputy Director of the Florence Nightingale Foundation will explain how the results of your assessment can help you in your every day working life.

Intended Learning Outcomes

  • Establish individual cohort learning communities.
  • Introduce concept of self and impact of self on others through the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
  • Explore the MBTI preference pairs and apply concepts to self through a range of experiential learning exercises
  • Consider the outcome of your MBTI self-assessment and questionnaire to identify areas for personal and team development
