Pippa is an experienced executive coach and organisational and personal development consultant in both the public and voluntary sectors at local and national levels. She has a background in nursing, midwifery, health visiting and management. She was previously Director of the RCN Policy Unit and thereafter Senior Fellow at the King’s Fund in both the Leadership Development and Policy Directorates.
Pippa is a qualified executive coach, an accredited MBTI practitioner, a Fellow of the Queen’s Nursing Institute and Fellow of the Royal Society of Art. She is the author and editor of a number of books on nursing and policy and numerous articles and other publications on leadership, change, development and health workforce.
In her spare time Pippa is a writer of fiction and has poems and short stories published in anthologies.
