IN4.4 – Personal strengths and feedback

In this session, we are going to:

  • Use a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis to help you identify those things you do well and those you could do better
  • Explore a model to improve self-awareness called The Johari Window
  • Examine how to give and receive feedback
  • Experiment with gathering feedback in real time at work
  • Reflect on these experiences using the  Gibbs’ Reflective Cycle as a structure to write about your experiences and learning in your learning journal
