IN4.7 – Stakeholder mapping and managing change

In this session, we are going to explore tools to help you influence individuals internal and external to your team. This will also help embed your quality improvement projects. It will also:

  • Build on the learning from previous modules and sessions in this module
  • Examine how to map and prioritise your stakeholders in order to influence with impact
  • Explore how to manage change using the Change Curve Model
  • Reflect on how you can test out some of these new behaviours at work and critically self-evaluate your developing skills using Gibbs’ Reflective Cycle
