Pre-impact Questionnaire Prior to commencing the programme, please complete the FNF Leadership Pre-Impact Questionnaire and the Contact Preferences Update Form . Notes on Contact Preferences Update Form .
- Confirm you want to remain on the database, then choose “Leadership Programme Participant” as your relationship with the foundation.
- Select your programme from the drop-down menu
- Complete the rest of the form
- If you have any issues, try using a different browser
Please complete this action before your first session and give some thought to your key objectives and hopes for the programme.
Our contact details are included in the Introduction, so please do get in touch if you have any questions – you must include the name of your Leadership Programme and your cohort (if applicable) in the subject line and someone will respond to assist you.

- Please answer the questions as instinctively as possible
- Please try and answer as an individual without any influence of work or home life

You will receive your results at the feedback session to support your personal development plan throughout the scholarship.
