| 21st January 2025 9:30 – 16:00 | Creating the condition for positive change Practical introduction to quality improvement, exploring methods for instigating, embedding, and measuring change and outcomes within their local environments. Your QI project should align to one of our target healthcare outcomes: – Improved quality of care – Improved experience of care – Improved efficiency and cost effectiveness of care – Improved resilience of seriously ill children and their families. | 10th June 2025 10:00 – 16:00 | Next Steps and Celebration A day to reflect on learnings from the programme and check in progress for the Quality Improvement projects to encourage problem solving in teams increasing accountability and responsibility. Opportunity to share learning, presentation of quality improvement projects and impact of the programme on their own personal leadership development with keynote speaker and commissioners in attendance.
