- Understanding what Psychological Safety is, and developing key actions to increase it in your work context for all cultures.
- Exploring the different types and dynamics of power and how different cultures respond to or have expectations of these power dynamics
- Understand the difference between diversity, equity and belonging, and three key ways of developing belonging for all cultures.
- Understanding the different cultural dimensions based on Hofstede’s work
- Understanding the 3 factors to developing cultural identity
- Opening up of some honest and safe conversations around challenges around working across cultures
