Thank you for participating in this survey. We appreciate your interest in influencing policy and making change. The purpose of this survey is to understand your motivations, needs, and perspectives regarding health and care policy development. Health and care policy is a broad term and can mean different things. We are defining it here as the overarching principles and goals that dictate how services are delivered and accessed at a national, regional, and/or organisational level. Your responses will help us identify what we can do to enable nurses and midwives to play a more active role in shaping policy and ensuring our work aligns with your needs.
