ES1.4 – Evaluation

Evaluation

Florence Nightingale Foundation are committed to continuously improving the experience of engaging with our programmes and measuring the impact the learning has on you personally and professionally. Prior to starting your programme you are invited to complete a pre-impact questionnaire which will measure your opinion of your Leadership capacity and confidence.

This will be repeated at the end of the programme to identify if you feel there has been any change. You will also be asked if you would like to remain in contact with FNF and answer the questions every year for 3 years. Finally, we will ask you to complete an evaluation of your programme when you complete to understand more about your experience and how we can improve. Completing the questionnaires is not a requirement of your programme and you can choose to opt out at any time with no impact on your continued engagement with FNF as a student or member of the alumni community.

Responses to the question will be stored securely on our Customer Relationship Management System called Salesforce. Only members of staff employed by FNF will have access to your responses. They will be anonymised before they are shared externally with a research team who are working with us from the University of Edinburgh or used in any reports or publications. On occasion, we may wish to use your data for marketing purposes. You will be contacted individually to ask you permission to do so.

Programme Evaluation Form

We would be so grateful if you could complete this as it helps us to improve our programmes and demonstrates to our commissioners the experience of our participants.

You will also be asked to complete the Post-impact Questionnaire  at the end of the programme and 6 months after you finish.
