SP1.2 – Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Assessment and 90-minute Feedback Session

Learning Outcomes

  • To introduce concept of self and impact of self on others through the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
  • To explore the MBTI preference pairs and apply concepts to self through a range of experiential learning exercises 
  • To consider the outcome of MBTI self-assessment and questionnaire to identify areas for personal and team development

To support your scholarship journey all of our scholars are asked to complete a Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)assessment. This questionnaire with provide you with an opportunity to learn about your own personality preferences, methods of communication and leadership style. As senior leaders you will complete Type 2 which will provide a greater depth of your leadership style and personality preferences.

 Please complete this questionnaire before your welcome day on 31 May 2023.  

Guidance for completing the questionnaire:

  • Please complete this alone in a quiet environment where you cannot be disturbed
  • Please answer the questions as instinctively as possible
  • Please try and answer as an individual without any influence of work or home life

You will have already received an email from The Kings Fund requesting that you complete the Myers Briggs Type Indicator questionnaire and book an appointment for feedback with a facilitator.

You will receive your results at the feedback session with The Kings Fund.
