IE1.4 – Enablers and Barriers

In this session we will discuss some of the enablers and barrier to innovation.  We will delve into the issues around diversity and equality in innovation both within and outside healthcare. Culture can be a powerful enabler or barrier to innovation. We will discuss what we can do to create a culture which enables inclusive innovation and for us to re-imagine our future.
