It is important that we actively challenge our critical voice so that it does not undermine our confidence and motivation. Make a list of the statements you might hear from your inner critic. Some of the examples I have given may apply to you but there may also be others. Now provide the counter-argument for this, perhaps the perspective your most trusted and supportive friend may give or someone who has always encouraged you to succeed professionally.
