At the start of this online course we asked you to develop your shadow CV. We hope you have developed some ideas and strategies which will enable you to feel motivated to write despite your individual concerns and barriers. Take some time now to revisit your shadow CV and identify what actions you will take to mediate the impact of these concerns.
