ECNI Welcome – Introduction and Webinars
Welcome to the programme!
The Early Career Nurses programme consists of the following:
- 30-35 hours of online learning. You have already logged in, so that is the first step. You progress through the programme by doing each lesson in each module one at a time. There is a quiz at the end of each lesson that you need to pass before you move on to the next step.
- You Myers Briggs assessment. There is more information about this in the module itself, but just keep an eye out for an email that allows you to access it.
- You will also have three webinars, the details of which are below. The times for the Launch event and Celebration are below, and you will receive the details of your three-hour co-consulting Train the Trainer session on your first day.
