IN4.6 – Influencing and managing conflict

In this session, we are going to:

  • Build on the work done in Module 3 around being assertive
  • Examine how to have difficult conversations and manage conflict
  • Explore active listening and the push/pull model of influencing
  • Reflect on how you can test out some of these new behaviours at work and critically self-evaluate your developing skills using the Gibbs’ Reflective Cycle
