An inclusive work and learning culture can be crucial to retaining staff and students and increasing productivity. Environments where inclusivity is valued can provide safe spaces for healthcare students to learn and grow in their professional identity and confidence.
Your healthcare profession’s governing body will have practice educator guidelines and policies regarding Diversity, Equity and Belonging and your Trust may have EDI networks and champions that can help provide further information.
