In this session, we are going to:

  • Explore the balance in your life and consider what changes you need to make
  • Explore your own self-confidence and how you can develop this
  • Set some meaningful, personal goals
  • De-brief, and reflect on these experiences using the Gibbs’ Reflective Cycle as a structure and capture your learning in your learning journal
